James Boyd
James is a highly skilled producer, videographer and editor who routinely works on both dramatic and factual projects. He has shot notable figures of all walks of life from superbowl champion Rod Smith to multiple Nobel Prize winners (Thomas Schelling, Myron Scholes James Heckman). His portfolio includes several original comedy shorts which have screened everywhere from The Jay Leno Show to The Second City, and a feature documentary he wrote, edited and produced aired on Filipino Television (FTV). He is also an experienced concert videographer having filmed such notable musicians as Nelly Furtado, Sam Roberts and Constantines.
Currently, James is the head of video production for ClientInsights, an online video database for Canadas top money mangers. He is a recipient of the Governor General's medal for academic excellence and holds a degree in Radio and Television Arts, with honours, from Ryerson University.
